You can tag several slides, the email body and fragments, the AEM website pages and sections in bulk. For this:
Click
on the top panel.In the
Bulk taggingpop-up, fill in the required tagging fields.To overwrite previously assigned tags, select the
Override tagscheckbox.
Overriding tags clears key message fields and deletes added sets of tagging fields.
If the checkbox is clear, a new set of unique tags is added to the selected structural elements.
3. Click NEXT.
4. Select the required slides, fragments or pages to assign tags.
Rep-triggered emails with linked fragments
If you bulk tag fragments, the selected metadata values also apply to the email body.
5. Click APPLY.
