eWizard doesn't support the <a href="https://help.ewizard.io/en/articles/6807476-asset-and-module-adding#supportedformats">format</a> of the selected asset. Also, the asset rendition required for your item type is missing.

Open the selected asset in Veeva Vault, check its format and linked renditions. If the required rendition is missing, contact <a href="mailto:support@viseven.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">eWizard Support</a> for assistance with configurations.
