In emails, you can only add a link to the required PDF. For this, host your PDF on the external resource and add a link to this file in the Edit link pop-up in eWizard Editor.
You can also link the PDF document existing in Veeva Vault. For this:
1. Copy the document ID in its URL link in a browser.
2. Open your email in Editor.
3. Select the required component you want to assign the PDF opening to.
4. On the Properties
tab, click the Link
button.
5. In the Edit link
pop-up that appears, set the Free input
link type.
6. In the Input value
field, enter the ID of the PDF document in Veeva Vault. Use the {{$NNNNN}} format.
