When you convert a PowerPoint presentation with the embedded video, it is kept within the e-Detailer ZIP archive. Converter places it to the <code>/common/media/videos/</code> folder. 

Any consequent video placed instead of the original one is added to this folder. If your e-Detailer size becomes too large, ask your administrator for assistance.
