eWizard Converter supports PPTX presentations created in Microsoft PowerPoint 2019.

In general, the simpler the source presentation is, the better. Complex animation and multiple pop-ups can affect the process and the resulting e-Detailer. You can animate your e-Detailer later within Editor, if required.

As a best practice, the source PPTX slides must be static and have few layers to keep the resulting e-Detailer editable.

Use standard web fonts so the resulting e-Detailer is displayed correctly.

The source files must match certain requirements.

PPTX slide requirements

✔️ Standard (4:3) or widescreen (16:9) slides

  • To ensure the high quality of images in the resulting e-Detailer, set the widescreen size.

✔️ All slide states are tied to one slide

❌ No auto transitions between slides

❌ No grouped objects

  • Upon conversion, grouped objects remain grouped and are transformed into sole images.

❌ No objects outside the slide

  • eWizard Converter crops out-of-slide objects.

PPTX media requirements

✔️ Compressed media files

  • This optimizes the file size and ensures the resulting e-Detailer contains the trimmed audio/video.

PPTX text requirements

✔️ System fonts only

✔️ All characters are embedded

❌ No transparency

  • eWizard Converter doesn't support transparency in the text components.

❌ No gradient

❌ No 3D rotation

❌ No picture fill

❌ No text effects

  • The text fragment with all these properties is converted into an image.
