Configure your Pulse mobile account

In the main menu, tap Account to open your Pulse mobile configurations.

On your user account page, you can initiate the following actions:

  • Update content now: Check for the e-Detailer updates and run the update.

  • Download all files now: Download all the e-Detailers in Pulse mobile Gallery to your device.

  • Send data to server: Transfer the report with the KPIs collected during the e-Detailer demonstration. Once Pulse online and Pulse mobile are synchronized, this record is added to Analytics and Insights.

  • Language: Change the Pulse mobile interface language. Select the required option from the list.

  • On login: Turn on auto synchronization on login with the respective toggle.

  • Every day: Define auto-synchronization frequency or turn it off entirely with the toggle.

You can also view your current server connection URL and log out of your Pulse mobile account if needed.

To change your organization, tap Change company, confirm your decision, and start the authentication process with a different organization.
