Content item export to target formats

Export your content items into the formats compatible with target systems

To export your item for a target system, perform the described common steps first.

You can export your eWizard items into the target formats compatible with:

Veeva

Available for e-Detailers, portfolio e-Detailers, emails, email fragments, and messenger ads

Once you reach the Export pop-up:

1. Select Veeva on the target system selection page.

e-Detailers

You can apply the following options to your e-Detailer:

  • Content zooming: Select Yes or No to manage pinch-to-zoom gestures for scaling your e-Detailers on target devices in Veeva CRM. To use the default template setting, select Auto. The option is available on demand. Contact the administrator to customize this option to your requirements.

  • Shared resources: Selected by default to optimize the resulting ZIP archive size by storing common assets in a separate folder.

2. Click EXPORT.

The created ZIP archive for your e-Detailer is compatible with Veeva Vault PromoMats and Veeva CRM.

AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)

Available for landing pages and modules

Once you reach the Export pop-up:

1. Select AEM on the target format selection page.

2. Enter the export details that define your item target destination:

  • Path—the AEM directory where the HTML part of your landing page or module is placed upon export.

  • DAM—the AEM directory where digital assets available in your landing page or module are placed upon export.

Modules

In the Export popup, select the Include AEM styles and Include AEM experience fragment template checkboxes to ensure the correct module export and facilitate the exported module reuse across existing website pages in AEM.

3. Click EXPORT.

Mailchimp

Available for emails and email fragments

Once you reach the Export pop-up:

1. Select Mailchimp on the target format selection page.

2. Click EXPORT.

IQVIA OCE

Available for e-Detailers

Once you reach the Export pop-up:

1. Select IQVIA (OCE) on the target format selection page.

2. Specify the required format.

3. Click EXPORT.

IQVIA OCE supports three-item formats:

OCE Multi-sequence format

It's an IQVIA-recommended format. As a result, your e-Detailer slides are packed into individual sequences. You can link each sequence with the dedicated product and product message.

Select the checkbox to include a copy of the added to the slide PDF to the individual sequence of the resulting ZIP archive.

OCE Single-sequence format

In this export type, your e-Detailer slides are packed into a sole sequence. You can link your e-Detailer with one product and product message. OCE CLM tracks each slide individually.

The platform creates the Single Sequence ZIP archive that has the following contents:

  • Configuration folders

  • Each slide thumbnail in the JPG format

  • Each slide HTML file

OCE Single-page application format

Your e-Detailer slides are packed into one sole sequence. You can link your e-Detailer with one product and product message. OCE CLM tracks each slide individually in the pageID field.

The platform creates a Single-page application ZIP archive that has the following contents:

  • Configuration folders

  • Slides folders

  • Common HTML file for all slides

  • First slide thumbnail in the JPG format

IQVIA MI Touch

e-Detailers

Once you reach the Export pop-up:

1. Select IQVIA (MI Touch) on the target format selection page.

IQVIA Mobile Intelligence supports Single-page and Multi-page application formats for e-Detailers.

2. Specify the required format.

3. Click EXPORT.

MI Touch Single-page application format

Your e-Detailer slides are packed into one sequence. You can link your e-Detailer with one product and product message. MI Touch tracks each slide individually in the pageID field.

The platform creates a Single-page application ZIP archive that has the following contents:

  • Configuration folders

  • Slides folders

  • Common HTML file for all slides

  • Common media folder with thumbnail in the JPG format

MI Touch Multi-page application format

Every slide of your e-Detailer is packed into an individual sequence that can be linked with the dedicated product and product message. MI Touch tracks every sequence individually in the SequenceID field.

The platform creates a Multi-page application ZIP archive of each slide that has the following contents:

  • Each slide configuration folders

  • Each slide HTML file

  • Each slide thumbnail in the JPG format

Emails

Once you reach the Export pop-up:

1. Select IQVIA (MI Touch) on the target format selection page.

2. Click EXPORT.

When you select Store assets externally, all email assets are uploaded to Amazon S3. It makes these assets available in any target system.

IQVIA OCE Sales

Available for emails and email fragments

Once you reach the Export pop-up:

1. Select OCE Sales on the target format selection page.

When you select Store assets externally, all assets are uploaded to Amazon S3. It makes these assets available in any target system.

You can activate the URL clicks tracking by selecting the Track URL clicks checkbox.

2. Click EXPORT.

IQVIA Remote Detailing

Available for e-Detailers

Once you reach the Export pop-up:

1. Select IQVIA Remote Detailing on the target format selection page.

2. Click EXPORT.

PharmaTouch

Available for e-Detailers

Once you reach the Export pop-up:

1. Select PharmaTouch on the target format selection page.

2. Click EXPORT.

The platform creates a PharmaTouch ZIP archive that has the following contents:

  • Assets folder

  • Each slide thumbnail in the JPG format

  • Each slide HTML file

Adobe Campaign

Available for emails and email fragments

Once you reach the Export pop-up:

1. Select Adobe Campaign on the target format selection page.

2. Click EXPORT.

The created ZIP archive supports merge tags.

Oracle Eloqua

Available for emails and email fragments

Once you reach the Export pop-up:

1. Select Eloqua on the target format selection page.

2. Click EXPORT.

The created ZIP archive requires further upload to Oracle Eloqua.

DataMind

Available for e-Detailers

Once you reach the Export pop-up:

1. Select DataMind on the target format selection page.

2. Click EXPORT.

Rainmaker

Available for e-Detailers

Once you reach the Export pop-up:

1. Select Rainmaker on the target format selection page.

2. Click EXPORT.

MyForce

Available for e-Detailers

Once you reach the Export pop-up:

1. Select MyForce on the target format selection page.

2. Click EXPORT.

Marketo

Available for emails and email fragments

Once you reach the Export pop-up:

1. Select Marketo on the target format selection page.

2. Click EXPORT.

Exeevo Omnipresence

Available for e-Detailers

Once you reach the Export pop-up:

1. Select Exeevo Omnipresence on the target format selection page.

2. Click EXPORT.

Platforce

Available for e-Detailers

Once you reach the Export pop-up:

1. Select Platforce on the target format selection page.

2. Click EXPORT.
