Use eVa AI to find the documents you need. Original documents are retrieved from Veeva Vault PromoMats and processed by the Exporter, which adds VVPM-related metadata such as brand, country, document type, and content type. These documents are stored in a client-specific knowledge base, where the Content generation agent searches for relevant materials to support your request.
From the response card, you can open and preview suggested documents in Veeva Vault PromoMats. Use them to generate an email outline or update an existing email.
To get the required documents in the response, include the following criteria in your prompt:
brand
country
document types (for example, materials, references)
content types (for example, e-Detailer, article, newsletter).
Contact the administrator to configure mandatory metadata that must be included in the prompt.
In the eVa AI response, each document appears as a card with a file type icon and title.
Contact the administrator to configure the number of documents eVa AI can suggest in the response.
You can open the source document in Veeva Vault PromoMats with the button. The document preview opens in a new browser tab.
Contact the administrator to configure opening the source document in eWizard Viewer. If Viewer doesn't support the format and no VVPM rendition exists, the document opens with your browser default tools.
You can select several required documents and request eVa AI to generate an interactive email outline. It extracts information from the selected documents and any additional texts you provide, incorporating all content into the email outline.
To add specific documents, use the integrated Assets popup to search for and attach them.
You can also modify an existing content using suggested and uploaded documents.
Documents remain available in the chat history for up to 7 days. During this time, you can reuse them to create outlines or modify content.
