MLR Acceleration in eWizard offers flexible approaches to module validation. You can have one of two distinct scenarios for modular content verification in your eWizard environment based on your company workflows and compliance requirements. Depending on the configured flow, you receive different validation results.
Module-only scenario
In this configuration, the validation process focuses only on the module itself, without assessing its constituent assets. Once the MLR Acceleration engine finishes its work, only the module results appear, reflecting validation for the entire module. The assets are neither highlighted on the validated content item layout nor shown among the results.
However, the more assets a module contains, the greater its contribution to the overall validation score.
This streamlined approach is preferable for such workflows:
You pre-validate assets separately and are sure they match all the MLR approval requirements.
You need a quick, high-level validation with no asset details.
Module structure and its metadata are of your primary concern.
Module-and-asset scenario
With this configuration, the MLR Acceleration agent thoroughly validates the module and its constituent assets. As a result, you get details on the approval compliance separately for the module and its assets. Each contributes to the overall validation score.
In the module-and-asset scenario, the MLR Acceleration engine:
validates the module as a whole;
examines each asset within the module individually and returns the asset results as subordinates to the module;
ensures consistency between module-level and asset-level requirements.
Your eWizard environment can be configured to support one of these validation scenarios based on your company workflow and compliance requirements. Understanding which approach is active on the platform, empowers your anticipation of the scope and depth of the MLR Acceleration performance.
