The FILTERS
tab displays filtering options available in the Assets popup, which are preconfigured by eWizard Support. With these filters, you can efficiently locate and retrieve specific assets from the given Veeva Vault PromoMats environment. You can also modify filtering fields to incorporate a more refined asset availability in eWizard Editor.
The configurations are divided into two main sections:
[1] GENERAL FILTERS, where you can set up filtering criteria for all asset types in the Assets
popup.
[2] FILTERS BY TYPE, where you can configure type-specific filtering options for assets.
In both sections, general configuration actions are available.
Filter field types
For the assets available for retrieval from Veeva Vault PromoMats, the following configurable filter types are supported:

Boolean | A filter type that allows for only two possible values, typically representing true or false. Checkboxes, toggle switches, and radio buttons are of the |
Keyword | A filter type that supports a sequence of characters entered with the keyboard. |
Picklist | A predefined list of filtering options whose keys are retrieved from eWizard. Users can select a single value from this list to filter assets. |
Remote picklist | A predefined list of filtering options whose keys are retrieved from Veeva Vault PromoMats. Users can select a single value from this list to filter assets. |
Remote object list | A dynamically filtered list of objects whose keys are retrieved from Veeva Vault PromoMats. Users can select a single value from this list to filter assets. |
Source document number | A field designed for users to configure asset filtering by their source document number in Veeva Vault PromoMats. |
Type | A field designed for users to configure asset filtering by their document type assigned in Veeva Vault PromoMats (Email Template, Email Fragment, Component, Text, Claim). Users can select values from this list to filter assets. |
The selected filter type determines the set of dependent fields.
The configured filter fields and their options appear on the VEEVA VAULT
tab of the Assets
popup in Editor.
