The DETAILS tab allows you to customize the metadata displayed on the DETAILS panel of the Assets popup, as preconfigured by eWizard Support. With these configurations, you can retrieve asset metadata from the specified Veeva Vault PromoMats environment and efficiently locate it in the Assets popup.
The configurations are divided into three main sections.
[1] The OPTIONS section is used to configure the retrieval of metadata from Veeva Vault PromoMats for image and video assets. The configuration is mandatory for the correct display of images and video assets uploaded from Veeva Vault PromoMats within the respective components.
To set up the configuration, do the following:
Click the
EDITbutton on the right.In the
Editpopup that appears:Modify the required fields.
Add fields with the
button. The newly added field appears at the end of the list. Enter the key of the metadata you need to get from Veeva Vault PromoMats.Delete the field with the
button.
Click
SAVEto apply your changes.
The retrieved metadata isn't displayed on the DETAILS panel of the Assets popup; it only ensures the uploaded asset display.
[2] In the GENERAL ASSET DETAILS section, you can manage metadata applicable to all asset types.
To add more metadata fields to display in the Assets popup for all asset types, perform the common steps first and enter the values as follows:
Label: Enter the metadata field name to include in theAssetspopup.Vault key: Enter the metadata key from Veeva Vault PromoMats.
[3] In ASSET DETAILS BY TYPE, you can manage metadata for a specific asset type.
To add more metadata fields to display to the Assets popup for a specific asset type, perform the common steps first and enter the values as follows:
Label: Enter the metadata field name to include in theAssetspopup.Vault key: Enter the metadata key from Veeva Vault PromoMats.Asset type: Select the target asset type to display the configured metadata field.
The configured metadata fields appear on the VEEVA VAULT tab of the Assets popup in Editor.
