For the SFMC publish, you can also view and manage Salesforce environments used in your company as targets for published emails. During email publication to SFMC, user can find the list of configured environements in the Target metadata field.

Switch to the ENVIRONMENTS tab to view the list of SFMC targets.

To change the environment name, use the button to the right of the required record in the list.

Business units

Each environment contains one or several business units depending on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud account used in your company. Click the environment name to view the list of its business units, which eWizard Support preconfigured for you.

On this page, you can change the environment name with the EDIT NAME button and use the following options available for each business unit from the list:

Control

Action

Make a business unit copy. In the Copy business unit pop-up that appears, make any changes you need and add the business unit copy to the list. As a result, the new business unit includes both your custom configurations and the source business unit settings made by eWizard Support that aren't shown in the pop-up.

Launch the Edit business unit pop-up to modify the selected business unit settings.

Delete the business unit from the Publisher interface. Confirm your decision in the pop-up that appears.

Copying business unit copies is also allowed. You can edit and delete any business unit in the list.

You can also use the quick access bar to do the following:

Control

Action

Reorder the list of business units. In the Reorder business units pop-up that appears, drag the unit names to other places in the list.

Create new business units from scratch. As a result, the new business unit includes your custom configurations only and doesn't have the settings made by eWizard Support for other business units within your SFMC environment.

In the Create business unit pop-up, the following properties are available.

We recommend using the same business unit names as you have configured in your SFMC account, or you can enter any other value here.

Client secret

Authorization URL

The URL of the SFMC business unit used to log into a certain SFMC environment

Use shared folders

The checkbox you can select to allow the use of the Shared Content directory available in SFMC as the target for published emails. When the checkbox is selected, user can browse both the Content Builder and Shared Content directories when setting the path in the Folder field on the Publisher interface.
