For the SFMC publish, you can also view and manage Salesforce environments used in your company as targets for published emails. During email publication to SFMC, user can find the list of configured environements in the Target metadata field.
Switch to the ENVIRONMENTS
tab to view the list of SFMC targets.
To change the environment name, use the button to the right of the required record in the list.
Business units
Each environment contains one or several business units depending on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud account used in your company. Click the environment name to view the list of its business units, which eWizard Support preconfigured for you.
On this page, you can change the environment name with the EDIT NAME
button and use the following options available for each business unit from the list:

Copying business unit copies is also allowed. You can edit and delete any business unit in the list.

pop-up, the following properties are available.
Property | Description |
Name | The business unit name to display on the Publisher interface. |
Client ID | The user ID used for SFMC authorization |
Client secret | The user password used for SFMC authorization |
Authorization URL | The URL of the SFMC business unit used to log into a certain SFMC environment |
Default folder | The directory path in SFMC to use within your business unit as the target location for published emails. The default folder is the initial point displayed in the Folder metadata field on the Publisher interface. |
