In the CONFIGURE mode, you can adjust basic and SEO settings for multipage sites. Use the SEO settings to improve multipage site visibility to users searching for relevant topics or products online.

Contact your administrator to turn on/off the CONFIGURE mode.

Basic settings

On the BASIC tab, you can configure the domain name for your multipage site and upload the image for its favicon.

Domain name is the address that you use to access the website. It's important for correct search engine indexing in website export. You can also change the domain name when deploying the website.

To upload the image for favicon:

  1. Click on the favicon card.

  2. Select and add the image in the Assets pop-up.

The uploaded image appears on the favicon card.

To remove the image, click on the favicon card.

The favicon should meet the following requirements:

  • Image format: PNG and ICO to ensure image compatibility across multiple browsers. Other image formats are converted into PNG during upload.

  • Image size: 32x32 pixels to reduce quality loss when scaling the image. Larger images are resized to 32x32 pixels during upload.

SEO settings

SEO settings are options you can adjust to improve a website visibility and ranking in search engines. These settings influence how search engines understand your website content and relevance to specific search queries.

On the SEO tab, you can configure settings for each page. For this:

  1. Select a page on the Navigation tab.

  2. Configure the following metadata fields:

  • Title—the page name that corresponds to the HTML title tag. The page title should accurately describe the page content and include relevant keywords to improve search engine visibility.

  • Description—a brief summary of the page content. The description corresponds to the HTML meta tag with the description metadata name. The page description appears after the page title in search engine results and provides users with additional information about the page content.

Switch the Hide for search engines toggle on to prevent search engines from searching the title and description of the multipage site.
