The Veeva Vault assets and/or modules added to the item in Editor are linked to the resulting PDF document. The module is linked along with its assets: images, videos, and reusable texts.
After the item publication, you can find assets in the Components section and modules in the Content modules section on the document Relationships page in Veeva Vault.
Contact your administrator to configure the following:
Linking the PDF document to its modules using the approval documents and/or content module objects.
Linking the published PDF to the approval documents of all added modules in the
Relationships→Related approval contentsection.
You can still publish your item even if the assets/modules linkage fails. To read the error message, hover the mouse over the ⚠️ sign.
