When the PDF version of your e-Detailer is approved, you can send it to external target systems directly from Veeva Vault. For this: 

1. Go to the document information page in Veeva Vault.

2. Open the actions menu and select the required publishing option. For example, <code>Publish to OCE</code>.

 3. In the pop-up that appears, click <code>CONTINUE</code>.

4. Follow the steps required for the selected target system.
