What is NaviGate?

NaviGate is an asset repository that allows you to store, share, approve, and reuse content across your company. It's a centralized digital repository where users can create and reuse content shared with everyone in the organization.

The content organized in one place increases the effectiveness of your brand campaigns, saves time searching for the required digital assets, and reduces production and delivery costs.

In NaviGate, you can store and manage the following entry types:

  • Brands—sets of different marketing materials related to a specific pharmaceutical name

  • Channels—eWizard items published to NaviGate: e-Detailers, emails, modules, and so on

  • Portfolios—compilations of channels related to different brands

  • Content packs—sets of brand-specific marketing materials

  • Media files—audio and video files, images, and documents

  • Templates—item samples with a default structure and design

What are the NaviGate features?

Thanks to the vast possibilities of working with content, NaviGate provides the following functionality:

  • Adding entries: Create brands, content packs, and portfolios; upload eWizard channels and media files; convert Veeva Vault emails and fragments; add templates to favorites and your list.

  • Metadata handling: Assign the required metadata to your entries to ensure their brand, product, therapeutic area, or country affiliation and, therefore, further reuse.

  • Filtering and sorting: Streamline your search through the repository with the multi-level metadata filtering system and sorting options. Share the search results with a link.

  • Auto-tagging: Use tags—automatically added keywords based on the content recognition— to find the required media files faster and more efficiently.

  • Actions with content: Edit details, upload a new version, send for localization, copy to eWizard Library, archive, link external materials, and add to content packs or portfolios.

  • Workflows: Manage channels and media according to your business workflows.

  • Sharing: Collaborate on channels, media, and templates with the Assign users option.

  • Exporting: Export entries for CLMs, as documents and applications.

  • Publishing: Send entries to Veeva Vault, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce.com.

  • Access management: Set user permissions to access content (for example, affiliate level, country level, group level, permission set level).
