You can filter the analytical report data display with the dedicated filters:

• Filter highlights [1], a part of the Filters panel.

• The Filters panel [2] with the complete list of filters available. To show or hide the panel, click it.

The Filters panel can contain a set of on-demand filters split into three groups:

Filters on this visual: individual filters set for the selected visual. To access this group, click the required visual in the report.

Filters on this page: filters applied to the whole page.

Filters on all pages: filters activated on all pages of the report.

To request custom filters, please contact eWizard Support.

By default, the Basic filtering option is set for all filters. You can filter data more precisely with the Advanced filtering option. For this:

1. Go to the Filters pane on the right.

2. Unfold the required filter.

3. Select Advanced filtering in the Filter type field.

4. Choose the required condition in the Show items when the value: drop-down and add the value when applicable.

5. Set another condition and connect both of them with the And/Or logical operators.

6. Click Apply filter.

As a result, the report data is filtered.

To clear the filter, click the Eraser button on the filter card.

Also, you can tune the report to highlight the data of your interest. For this, click the required data column in the report visual. To narrow the data display even more, select columns in other report visuals by holding the Ctrl key pressed. As a result, only the defined data is displayed in the report.

For example, look at the report below. It shows A.Toy published 263 emails and e-Detailers to eWizard NaviGate in March 2020.

To get back to the overall report view, click any report visual.
